Sometimes there can come a situation where just a mere listing of users is not enough in the cohort analytics, and we want to do a deeper level analysis. That’s where pivot tables come into play. Fibotalk now provides you the ability to create pivot tables in user cohorts.
A pivot table is just like any other table with the only difference being that its elements are grouped on a certain parameter. For example, in Fibotalk we can create a pivot table for users on parameters like browser, source referrer, country, etc.
Creating a pivot table in the Fibotalk application is very intuitive and simple and can be done with the below steps.
After you have saved the pivot table you can find the same in the “Pivot tables” section in the side menu. A very interesting fact about these saved pitot tables is they already have the filters applied from their parent cohort from which the table was initially created.
You can modify the pre-applied filters and save a whole new pivot table from that.
With the introduction of these pivot tables, Fibotalk enables you to do a next level deeper cohort analytics and provide more insights into the product usage.
