With this integration your agents will be able to receive messages directly from your Twitter account into the Fibotalk agent’s application.
Step: 1 Login Login to your Fibotalk admin panel.
Step: 2 Choose 'Plugins' -> 'Available plugins'-> “Social” . Choose Twitter.

Step: 3 Click on "Login"

Step: 4 Login with your Twitter account and authorise Fibotalk

Step: 5 Once you have authorised Fibotalk , you will receive a PIN.

Step: 6 Enter the twitter authorization PIN in text area.

Step: 7 Click on "Submit"
That's it ! Your Twitter account is now integrated with Fibotalk!
